Welcome to The MLC!

Congratulations on becoming a Member of The MLC. To help you get started, we've put together this guide to walk you through the essential steps for setting up your account.

Follow the steps below in order to make sure everything is in place before your first distribution day. Click on the links for more information on how to complete each step!

1. Set Up Banking & Tax Information | Before you can receive royalty payments, you'll need to add your banking details and submit the required tax forms. 

2. Register Your Works | Once your account is set up, register your songs in the Member Portal. 

3. Use the Matching Tool | Use the Matching Tool to locate and submit matches for sound recordings that should be linked to works in your Catalog. This ensures you will collect the royalties you are owed for your works.

4. Learn What to Expect on Distribution Day | Distributions occur on a set schedule. This article explains how the process and the timeline for distributions.

5. Add Users to Your Account | Need to give a team member, manager, or administrator access to your account? Learn how to add and manage users in the Hub.
