How do you manage user permissions? If you are a Super User, you can manage other users by:
- Going to the home page of The MLC Portal
- Selecting View Member
- Selecting User Permissions on the left-hand side
A user can be granted access as a Finance User. The permission type determines what actions they can take in the Member Hub, and Finance Users have access to reporting functionality.
How do users access an existing Member account? To be a user on a Member account, the Member account must first be set up, and then the account holder can invite the user’s email address to the account.
What should you do if an invited user cannot access the Member account?
If an invited user is unable to access the Member account, you can:
- Reply to the email thread, or
- Contact a Live Support Agent by call or chat
