An identity verification may be flagged for two reasons. 

 

There may have been data errors when the verification ran. Please call The Mechanical Licensing Collective (The MLC) at (615) 488-3653 for additional help. You will need to provide the error code in your email, which serves as your Trulioo identifier code. 

 

If there is any information that our third-party verification company Trulioo cannot confirm, it will become flagged. In that instance, you will not be granted access to a user account.
