How do I set up a Songwriter Hub account?

If you are new to The MLC and are fully administered by a publisher or administrator, follow the steps below to sign up for the Songwriter Hub. 

1. Go to The MLC Portal at portal.themlc.com and click "Sign up" in the top right hand corner.   
2. In an effort to protect The MLC Portal users from fraudulent activity, we will verify your information before granting account access by running it through a ‘Know Your Customer (KYC)’ check. The check takes only a few minutes to complete. 
3. Once you have entered your information and signed into the Portal, you will be asked a few quick questions to help us determine which of our Hubs will be the best fit for you. If you are a songwriter with a publishing or administration deal on any of your works, you will be taken to our Songwriter Hub. 
   

    

If you already have a Member account with The MLC please follow these steps to get access to the Songwriter Hub: 

1. Login to the The MLC Portal.
2. Click on the blue circle in the top right hand corner.
3. Click on the 'Songwriters' tab in your Profile.
4. Click the blue 'Join Songwriter Hub' button and follow the provided instructions.
